Senior Associate
Stephanie A. Strickler focuses her practice on business and commercial litigation. Using her former experience as a staff writer and comment editor for the University of Dayton School of Law, Ms. Strickler services the Firm’s corporate clients with her focus on detail and her commitment to providing comprehensive solutions for every client’s needs.
Ms. Strickler is an adept litigator, and has successfully defended cases through trial. She is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Missouri, and Wisconsin.
Ms. Strickler supports the Firm’s commercial, employment and financial services practice groups, with a focus on companies that service hospitals, physician practice groups and other healthcare providers. She plays an instrumental role in assisting companies navigate the complex intersection of financial services and health care privacy, and provides essential guidance on the unique regulations and requirements affecting medical and health care service providers.
