Ms. Strickler has significant experience in defending claims under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and a host of related federal and state laws. Her clients touch every corner of the financial services industry, from large corporations, lending institutions and asset purchasers to lawyers, law firms and fintech companies. Ms. Strickler is one of the few industry practitioners who regularly tries cases in federal and state courts, and her results speak for themselves. She also has extensive experience in post-trial and appellate proceedings, and has served as counsel for amicus curiae in matters before the United States Supreme Court.
