Spencer M. Schulz focuses his practice on consumer defense litigation. A former federal law clerk with over 15 years of litigation experience, Spencer provides the Firm’s clients with comprehensive and creative solutions tailored to each client’s individual needs.
Mr. Schulz is admitted in Louisiana, the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana, District of Maryland, Western District of Pennsylvania and the Eastern District of Michigan, and the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second Circuit, Eleventh Circuit and D.C. Circuit.
Mr. Schulz supports the Firm’s commercial and financial services practices groups, with an emphasis on consumer litigation. He plays a vital role in defending the Firm’s clients in lawsuits of all shapes and sizes—from simple, single-plaintiff suits to complex, class action suits—and has successfully defended scores of cases in both state and federal court. Mr. Schulz also assists the Firm’s clients in navigating the complex and ever-changing laws that govern the financial services industry to develop strategies to avoid lawsuits altogether.
