Andrew is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars, the federal district courts of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York (among numerous others), and the Second, Third and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeals.
For over 26 years, Andrew has defended corporations and law firms across the country in lawsuits involving the FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, and related state claims. As one of the industry’s most knowledgeable litigators, Andrew has extensive experience defending everything from small individual lawsuits to high-stakes nationwide class actions, consistently obtaining favorable results. Over time, his practice has expanded to include the defense of other businesses and entities subject to the FCRA, and today Andrew devotes much of his practice to defending claims arising from credit inquiries and the adverse action process.
In addition to his litigation practice, Andrew also provides compliance services to his clients regarding matters such as process development, risk mitigation, employee training, and nationwide litigation management. Andrew also provides consulting services to brokers and insurance underwriters, assisting with claim evaluation and industry-related questions.
