Andrew Kash is an Associate in Messer Strickler Burnette’s Chicago, IL office, focusing his practice on providing legal representation to businesses of all sizes in commercial transactions. He also supports clients nationwide in civil litigation matters, with a focus on consumer financial services and defendant claims under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Andrew earned his Juris Doctor from the Charles Widger School of Law at Villanova University, where he contributed to the Villanova Environmental Law Journal by authoring a published case note. Concurrently, Andrew also obtained his Master of Business Administration from the Villanova School of Business. He is admitted to practice in Illinois’ state court.
Prior to joining the firm, Andrew gained experience in both transactional in-house and litigation settings, including a Summer Associate position at the Airgas Headquarters in Radnor, Pennsylvania.
