Lauren Burnette

Ms. Burnette is nationally known for her skilled representation, her efficient and creative approach to litigation, and her proven track record of successful appellate advocacy. She has substantial experience in defending claims under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and related state and federal consumer protection and privacy laws. Clients facing industry-changing appellate issues routinely turn to her for assistance with issue preservation, appellate briefing and argument, where she has achieved resounding success in both state and federal appellate courts across the country. She has also authored numerous briefs as counsel for amicus curiae in matters pending before the United States Supreme Court.
